Meet the Founder of Female Alpha: “This isn’t just fashion… it’s a whole movement.”

Our marketing team sat down with Lucy, the 28-year-old founder (and fashion lover, and styling queen of Tiktok) to talk about why Female Alpha exists, what empowerment really means, and what she’s most excited for as the brand launches its first collection.

First things first, introduce yourself and Female Alpha

Lucy: Hey!! I’m Lucy, the founder of Female Alpha, I’m 28 and I’ve basically been styling outfits online for over 5 years now. Fashion has always been my thing, but over time I realised it wasn’t just about clothes for me, it was about confidence.

Female Alpha is a 360° empowerment brand. Fashion is our first love and the foundation, but the bigger mission is creating a movement and community where women feel supported to live their most unapologetic life.

It’s bold, it’s real, it’s stylish, but it’s also deep. Like, we’re here for the outfits and the growth.

Why does Female Alpha exist?

Lucy: Because women are constantly told to be Quieter. Easier. to digest.

And I’m like… absolutely not!!

Female Alpha exists to empower women everywhere and to create a world where women embrace their individuality and own their voices, unapologetically.

It’s for the girls who are ambitious and creative and want to stand out. The ones who know they’re meant for more. The ones who hype their friends up and also need that hype back sometimes too.

When you say “empowered”… what does that actually mean to you?

Lucy: I LOVE this question because empowerment gets thrown around a lot, doesn’t it?

For us, empowerment is four things:

• Authenticity: being true to yourself in every room you walk into

• Confidence: having self-belief while still being open to growth and accountability

• Expression: wearing, saying and living exactly how you want

• Community: sharing stories, uplifting others, and knowing you’re not alone

It’s not about being perfect. It’s about being YOU fully. 

“Female Alpha” is such a strong name. What does “Alpha energy” mean?

Lucy: Alpha energy is fearless. It’s stylish. It’s unapologetic.

It’s walking into a space like “yeah, I’m meant to be here.”

But it’s not cold or exclusive. Female Alpha isn’t about being better than anyone else. It’s about being so solid in yourself that you can hype other women up too.

Think big-sister energy. The one who tells you straight, reminds you who you are, and helps you fix your crown without making you feel judged.

Tell us about the vision. Where is this brand going?

Lucy: The vision is HUGE. I want Female Alpha to be a full movement.

We’re building a world where women embrace their inner alpha, fearless, stylish, and unapologetic, not just in what they wear, but in how they live.

Fashion is the start, but the brand expands beyond that into lifestyle, events and community too. I want women to feel like they’re part of something bigger.

Like this isn’t just “buying a top” it’s joining a sisterhood.

So fashion is the foundation, but it’s not just fashion?

Lucy: Exactly. Fashion is our first love, always. But empowerment doesn’t stop at what you wear.

True Alpha energy shows up in:

Let’s talk about the first drop. What are you launching with?

Lucy: Okay I’m SO excited about this.

Our launch range is 6 x t-shirts. Two designs, in three colours each:

• Black 

• Grey

• Beige

But what makes them different is the fit and the versatility because I designed them based on what I genuinely needed myself.

Tell us more what’s the USP? What makes these tees different?

Lucy: Two things and I’m honestly proud of both because they solve REAL problems.

1) Tall + Petite sizing (shop by length!)

I’m tall, and I always struggled to find a t-shirt I could wear oversized like a dress.

So instead of standard dress sizing, I wanted to create Tall and Petite so everyone can shop based on the length that suits them.

2) The cinch ties (the game-changer)

I’ve worn oversized tees for years. With jeans, heeled boots, trainers, everything.

But I always struggled to create shape without it looking bulky.

So, I invented cinch ties that sit hidden inside the t-shirt, so you can pull them in and tie them. It hugs you at the waist and gives you that perfect fit.

It’s such a simple thing but it changes the whole look. You can go from oversized chill to snatched and styled in seconds.

Who is the Female Alpha girl?

Founder: She’s not defined by age. It’s energy. She’s: 

• creative

• ambitious

• unapologetic

• confident (even if she’s still growing into it)

• the type who sets trends, not follows them

Style-wise she’s street meets feminine with an edgy twist. She loves mixing, matching and re-styling her pieces. And she pays attention to the details. Nails, accessories, the full look.

What are you most excited about right now?

Lucy: The community. 100%.

I love fashion, and I’m obsessed with the product, but I’m most excited about what happens when women come together and realise they’re not alone.

Like imagine a space where women feel seen, supported and hyped up, while also looking unreal. 😭✨

I want Female Alpha to be that brand you can turn to when you need:

• confidence

• a fit that makes you feel like THAT girl

This is just the beginning, but I already know it’s going to be powerful.

Finally, what would you say to someone who’s still finding their “alpha”?

Lucy: You don’t have to be fearless every day. You don’t have to have it all figured out.

Alpha energy is a choice. It’s choosing yourself again and again.
